We offer a variety of innovative and unique services and tests:

Long-Term Performance Progression Test ($60 per analysis): Prediction of individual progression of swimming results based on the current performance to the peak performance at a selected age (e.g., senior year in high school, college sophomore, age of peak performance) and personal goals at career end. Presented in a graphical format with the base model of world-class swimmers. Model is based on proprietary studies of multi-year progression of hundreds of world-class swimmers over the past 23 years (including Olympic and World Championship medalists).

Long-Term Training Design ($100 per analysis): Presents long-term progression of workload volumes in various energy categories (e.g., from REC to SP3 and dryland) based on the biological maturation (sensitive periods of development), current workload volumes, age, gender, event and personal goals at career end.

Seasonal Training Design ($100 per analysis): Presents in-season progression of workload volumes in various energy categories (from REC to SP3 and dryland) based on current workload volumes, age, gender, even and personal goals at end of season.

Analysis of Swimming Results (Relative Endurance) ($30 per analysis): Presents analysis of ratios between times over two distances, comparison with world-class swimmers, and recommendations for individual training (e.g., what needs to be developed in terms of aerobic or anaerobic endurance or sprinting speed).

Land Water Strength Test ($80 per analysis): Presents analysis of land strength, water strength in pull (isolated), kick (isolated) and swim. Also includes calculations of coefficients of transition and combination. Based on these coefficients, detailed recommendations are given for kicking, pulling, swimming sets as well as dryland training. All results are compared to world-class swimmers.

Lactate Clearance Test ($40 per analysis): A simple, fast service used by Olympic and National Team swimmers that requires minute blood samples taken from the ear lob. Data on blood lactic acid is provided within minutes of test and gives a precise method for testing and monitoring training intensity and recovery.  Blood lactate testing is the most appropriate method to set training zones and recovery protocols. 

Lactate Heart Rate Profile ($100 per analysis): Includes a comprehensive analysis of Individual Lactate (Anaerobic) Threshold (ILT), swimming velocities and heart rates at Anaerobic Threshold in several energy categories, analysis of recovery, and comparison with world-class swimmers.

Online Performance Analysis ($30 per month): Presents an optimal customized weekly, monthly and seasonal training program in seven energy categories (from REC to SP3) based on current and potential workload volumes, age, gender and personal goals at end of season. Modeling is based on proprietary studies of multi-year progression of hundreds of world-class swimmers over the past 23 years (including Olympic and World Championship medalists).

Advanced Frequency Treatment: A new method using the VibroTrainer for strength training, flexibility improvement, rehabilitation and recovery from high-intensity work. Short-period low-frequency muscle vibration enhances rehabilitation after injuries and improves strength, power, and flexibility similar to those observed after several weeks of heavy training. Virtual Swim Animation ($100-$300 per customized animation): We create a customized swimming avatars from your SwiMetrics video that replicates your actual swimming technique.  Your avatar can be viewed at race pace, slow motion, stop-motion and in reverse in 26 different angles (front view, back view, side view, top view, bottom view and diagonal views both above and below the water).
