SwiMetrics measures and records your velocity (speed) at every point in your swimming stroke. This data is overlaid on an underwater video and objectively identifies the necessary areas of improvement in your swimming stroke.

SwiMetrics is also measures and records your velocity (speed) in both head-up and head-down freestyle. This information can help you improve your efficiency during a water polo game where the average player swims 1,100 meters with 90-120 explosive movements per game.

You can be tested with SwiMetrics at your home pool before, during or after your workout.

SwiMetrics is also occasionally offered at water polo tournaments, camps and clinics.
